What is the Charm City Adventure Boot Camp (ABC)?
A four-week comprehensive fitness and weight loss program of fitness
instruction, food modification & motivational training provided by
Debra Berney, personal trainer.
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete
more than they are capable of doing safely. Women of all ages
and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly
increase in intensity.
What type of exercises are included in the
program?
Boot Camp Exercises include: core training, short
distance running (less than one mile), hill lunges, calisthenics,
jumping rope, hiking, obstacle courses, PAR course, push-ups,
surprises, and more!
Where is it?
The Charm City Adventure Boot Camp is located at
Meadowood Park from May through October. Meadowood Park (10650 Falls Road, Lutherville-Timonium,
21093) is located at the southwest corner of Falls & Greenspring Valley Road.
How often will we meet?
From May through October participants will meet every Monday through Friday
for one hour during the four-week program. All
participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at
6:00 AM.
When does the next Adventure Boot Camp start?
What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, water bottle, small hand weights
( 5-8 lbs.), running shoes, and a sense of adventure. These items
(with the exception of running shoes) can be purchased at any
local Target, Wallmart or Dick's Sporting Goods for less than
$ 15. For excellent running shoes fitted by friendly & extremely
knowledgeable people, we recommend Fleet Feet at the Festival
of Woodholm in Pikesville. Call with questions (410) 371-4466.
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical
and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who
share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and
mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest
of the world has even gotten started!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week outdoor boot camp is $ 299.
That's twenty hours of instruction! It averages out to just
$ 14.95 per hour. This is the opportunity to work with the premiere
group of fitness & wellness professionals in Baltimore.
Other Options:
You can choose to come three days per week
to the outdoor program for a discount of $110.00. Total cost is just $189.00.
We are now accepting
pre-registration for the next
camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior
to the start of camp. You will be notified to make an appointment.

Then this program is for YOU! NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity.

Boot Camp Exercises include: core training, short distance power walking (less than one mile), low impact calisthenics, obstacle courses, PAR course, push-ups, surprises, and more!
